CBSE 12th Supplementary exams to be held in July 2023

The CBSE Class 12th Supplementary exams, renamed as supplementary examinations following the recommendations of the of the National Education Policy 2020, will be held in July 2023. Students who have failed in one or more subjects can appear for these exams, and the application process will begin soon.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that the CBSE Class 12th Supplementary examinations will be held in July 2023. The exact dates of the CBSE compartment exams will be released soon on the official website - cbse.gov.in.

In the light of the recommendations made by the National Education Policy 2020, the CBSE has changed the nomenclature of the compartment examinations to supplementary examination.

The CBSE supplementary exams are a chance for students who have failed in one or more subjects to improve their grades and pass the board exams. Students who have failed in one or more subjects will have to apply for the Supplementary exams. The application process for the CBSE 10th and 12th Supplementary exams will begin soon.

The CBSE Supplementary exams will be held in the same format as the regular board exams. The exams will be held in pen and paper mode. The syllabus for the CBSE Supplementary exams will be the same as the syllabus for the regular board exams.

The CBSE Supplementary results are likely to be released by July end or August first week. The results will be available on the official website of the CBSE - cbse.gov.in or cbseresults.nic.in.
