CBSE 12th Supplementary exams to be held in July 2023

The CBSE Class 12th Supplementary exams, renamed as supplementary examinations following the recommendations of the of the National Education Policy 2020, will be held in July 2023. Students who have failed in one or more subjects can appear for these exams, and the application process will begin soon.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that the CBSE Class 12th Supplementary examinations will be held in July 2023. The exact dates of the CBSE compartment exams will be released soon on the official website - cbse.gov.in.

In the light of the recommendations made by the National Education Policy 2020, the CBSE has changed the nomenclature of the compartment examinations to supplementary examination.

The CBSE supplementary exams are a chance for students who have failed in one or more subjects to improve their grades and pass the board exams. Students who have failed in one or more subjects will have to apply for the Supplementary exams. The application process for the CBSE 10th and 12th Supplementary exams will begin soon.

The CBSE Supplementary exams will be held in the same format as the regular board exams. The exams will be held in pen and paper mode. The syllabus for the CBSE Supplementary exams will be the same as the syllabus for the regular board exams.

The CBSE Supplementary results are likely to be released by July end or August first week. The results will be available on the official website of the CBSE - cbse.gov.in or cbseresults.nic.in.

ICSE, ISC Result 2023 Live Updates: Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, CISCE will announce ICSE, ISC Result 2023 tomorrow, May 14. The CISCE Class 10th and 12th results when declared can be checked by all the appeared candidates on the official site of CISCE at cisce.org and results.cisce.org. 

The Class 10 or ICSE examinations started on February 27, 2023 and ended on March 29, 2023. Class 12 or ISC examination commenced from February 13, 2023 with English Paper I. The last date of the examination was March 31, 2023. Students were given 15 minutes time to read the question paper.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today (May 12) announced the Class 10 board exams results. Students who appeared for the board exams can check the results at the official website of the board — cbse.gov.in, results.nic.in, results.digilocker.gov.in, umang.gov.in  https://cbseresults.nic.in/

                   

This year the pass percentage of Class 10 is 93.12 per cent. Trivandrum has come up as the best performing region at 99.91 per cent, followed by Bengaluru at 99.18 per cent, Chennai at 99.14 per cent, Ajmer at 97.27 per cent and Pune at 96.92 per cent.

Meanwhile, CBSE also released Class 12 result today, in which the overall pass percentage dipped to 87.33 per cent. Like last year, this year too, the Trivandrum has emerged as the best district with 99.91 per cent, followed by Bengaluru at 98.64 per cent and Chennai at 97.40 per cent. Delhi West is in fourth position with 93.24 per cent.

CBSE 12th Results 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the results of the Class 12th board exams today. Around 16.96 lakh students appeared for the exam this year, which were conducted from February 15 to April 5, 2023. Out of these, 7.4 lakh are female students, 9.51 lakh are male candidates, and 5 students are registered under the 'others' category. The exams were conducted for a total of 115 subjects in 36 days, and the results are now available on the official website of the CBSE.

  राजस्थान के 24 शहरों में 1.76 लाख स्टूडेंट्स देंगे NEET-UG परीक्षा

मेडिकल प्रवेश परीक्षा नीट-यूजी, 2023 आगामी 7 मई रविवार को 499 शहरों के परीक्षा केंद्रों पर आयोजित होगी। जिसमें 20 लाख 59 हजार परीक्षार्थी पेन-पेपर मोड में परीक्षा देंगे। इस वर्ष नीट परीक्षा में गत वर्ष की तुलना में 1,86,653 परीक्षार्थी अधिक पंजीकृत हुये हैं।

एनटीए के जोनल कॉर्डिनेटर डॉ. प्रदीप सिंह गौड़ ने बताया कि इस वर्ष नीट-यूजी में राजस्थान में कुल 1,76,902 विद्यार्थी पंजीकृत हुए हैं, जिनके लिये 24 शहरों में 354 परीक्षा केन्द्र बनाए गए है। राजस्थान में 24 शहरों जयपुर, कोटा, उदयपुर, बाड़मेर, नागौर, बारां, चितौड़गड़, सिरोही, धोलपुर, हनुमानगढ़, पाली, भीलवाड़ा, करौली, सीकर, भरतपुर, श्रीगंगानगर, दौसा, सवाईमाधोपुर, झुन्झुनू, बीकानेर, अलवर, चूरू, जोधपुर, अजमेर में यह परीक्षा आयोजित होगी।

कोटा के 41 परीक्षा केंद्रों पर 20,496 छात्रायें -

डॉ. गौड ने बताया कि इस वर्ष शिक्षा नगरी कोटा के 41 परीक्षा केंद्रों पर 20,496 परीक्षार्थी पेपर देंगे। कोटा में 99 प्रतिशत छात्राओं एवं दिव्यांग छात्रों को परीक्षा केंद्र आवंटित किये गये हैं, शेष विद्यार्थियों को जयपुर सहित अन्य शहरों में सेंटर आवंटित किये गये हैं।

परीक्षा केंद्रों पर सुरक्षा के कड़े इंतजाम -

एनटीए के महानिदेशक आईएएस डॉ. विनीत जोशी के निर्देशानुसार, सभी परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर पेपर की सुरक्षा के लिये मोबाईल जेमर, बायोमेट्रिक मशीन, फ्रिस्किंग, मेटल डिडेक्टर की व्यवस्था की गई है। हर परीक्षा केन्द्र पर सुरक्षा के लिये पुलिसकर्मी व प्राइवेट सिक्यूरिटी एजेंसी के जवान तैनात रहेंगे। प्रत्येक परीक्षा केन्द्र पर एनटीए द्वारा सेना से सेवानिवृत अधिकारी ऑब्जर्वर तथा डिप्टी ऑब्जर्वर के रूप में लगाये गये हैं। सभी केन्द्रों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगे होंगे, जिसे सीधे एनटीए के दिल्ली मुख्यालय से देखा जा सकता है।

सभी सेंटर्स पर परीक्षार्थियों को सुबह 11 बजे से दोपहर 1:30 बजे तक प्रवेश कार्ड पर दिए गए समयानुसार प्रवेश दिया जाएगा। दोपहर 1:30 बजे सभी केंद्रों के मुख्य प्रवेश द्वार बन्द कर दिए जाएगे। पेपर दोपहर 2:00 बजे से 5:20 बजे तक होगा। परीक्षार्थी को प्रवेश पत्र, पानी की पारदर्शी बोतल, सरकार द्वारा जारी आईडी दिखाकर प्रवेश दिया जाएगा। परीक्षार्थी को पेन सेन्टर पर ही दिए जायेंगे। परीक्षार्थी को केवल टेक्स्ट बुकलेट लेकर ही बाहर जायेंगे।

एनटीए नीट परीक्षा 2023 दिशा-निर्देश -

• सभी उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा हॉल में प्रवेश करने के बाद हर समय फेस मास्क और दस्ताने पहनना अनिवार्य होगा। यदि कोई उम्मीदावर अपने साथ मास्क और दस्ताना साथ नहीं लाता हो तो उसे परीक्षा केंद्र उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। 
• प्रवेश पत्र में नीट परीक्षा केंद्र 2023 पर प्रवेश समय का उल्लेख किया जाएगा और एसएमएस के माध्यम से भी प्रदान किया जाएगा कि सभी उम्मीदवारों को भीड़ से बचने का पालन करना चाहिए।
• एक पारदर्शी पानी की बोतल की अनुमति है।
• एक हैंड सैनिटाइज़र, 50 मिली तक की अनुमति है।
• अपना एडमिट कार्ड और आईडी प्रूफ (आधार, डीएल, वोटर आईडी, पासपोर्ट या कोई अन्य सरकार द्वारा जारी फोटो-आईडी प्रूफ) ले जाना न भूलें।
• घबराएं नहीं क्योंकि एनटीए सभी उम्मीदवारों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सभी सावधानियों का ध्यान रखेगा।

पुरुष उम्मीदवारों के लिए नीट ड्रेस कोड -

NEET (UG) 2023 के पुरुष उम्मीदवारों को निम्नलिखित ड्रेस कोड का पालन करने का निर्देश दिया गया है:

1. हल्के कपड़े – केवल आधी बाजू वाली शर्ट और टी-शर्ट (पूरी बाजू की अनुमति नहीं है) की अनुमति है।
2. शर्ट/टी-शर्ट/पैंट/पतलून में बड़े बटन, कढ़ाई, ज़िप जेब की अनुमति नहीं है।
3. हल्के रंग के पतलून, पैंट; जींस पहनने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
4. साधारण चप्पल या सैंडल की अनुमति है। लेकिन ऊंची हील वाले जूतों की अनुमति नहीं होगी।

महिला उम्मीदवारों के लिए नीट ड्रेस कोड -

NEET (UG) 2023 की महिला उम्मीदवारों को निम्नलिखित ड्रेस कोड का पालन करने का निर्देश दिया गया है:

1. हल्के रंग के आधी बाजू के कपड़ों में ब्रोच/बैज, बड़े बटन, फूल आदि नहीं होने चाहिए।
2. कपड़ों में ब्रोच/बैज, बड़े बटन, फूल आदि नहीं होने चाहिए।
3. पतलून / सलवार की अनुमति है, पूरी बाजू वाले कपड़े की अनुमति नहीं है।
4. साधारण चप्पल या सैंडल की अनुमति है लेकिन ऊँची एड़ी के जूतों की अनुमति नहीं है।

महत्वपूर्ण नोट्स -

1. NEET 2023 के नियम और निर्देशों के अनुसार, प्रथागत पोशाक में आने वाले उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा केंद्र पर अंतिम रिपोर्टिंग समय से कम से कम एक घंटे पहले रिपोर्ट करना चाहिए।
2. अंगूठी, नाक-पिन, झुमके, चेन, पेंडेंट, हार, बैज और ब्रोच आदि जैसे गहने की अनुमति नहीं है।

Bad News: Bombay HighCourt Rejected the PIL Regarding JEE 75% Eligibility Crieteria

 Bombay High Court Refused To Order Relaxation Of Minimum 75% 12th Board Score Eligibility Criterion For IIT/NIT Admissions

The Bombay High Court today refused to order relaxation of minimum 75 percent 12th standard board score eligibility criterion for admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs/GFTIs through JEE Mains and JEE Advance examinations.

A division bench of Acting Chief Justice SV Gangapurwala and Justice Sandeep V Marne dismissed a PIL seeking relaxation of the eligibility criteria. "We cannot consider at this stage...It is for the government to decide", the court said.

In response to the court’s query regarding the purpose of the eligibility criteria, last week NTA filed an affidavit stating that the eligibility criteria of minimum 75 percent in boards for admission to NITs, IIITs, CFTIs/GFTIs is a sound, well considered policy decision.

The petition contended that many candidates are from batches that were not assessed on the basis of performance in the previous years as the board exams were cancelled due to COVID pandemic. According to the petition, there are students with less than 75% marks but could perform well in JEE Mains and if fair chance is denied to them, it will affect the future of lakhs for bright students.

The petition stated that the NTA notification came at the end of the academic year. The eligibility criteria should not be changed suddenly as the students have been preparing with the expectation that it will be the same as that of last year, according to the petition.

जेईई मेन 2023 का रिजल्ट घोषित होने के साथ ही जेईई एडवांस्ड-2023 के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रारम्भ हो चुके है |

जेईई-मेन 2023 के जनवरी व अप्रैल सत्र रिजल्ट के बाद बीटेक के लिये 2,50,255 परीक्षार्थी जेईई एडवांस्ड 2023 देने के लिये क्वालिफाई हुये हैं।

इसके लिये एनटीए ने कटऑफ जारी कर दी है। इसके अनुसार, सामान्य वर्ग (CRL) में 90.7788642 परसेंटाइल, सामान्य EWS कट ऑफ 75.6229025, OBC-NCL कटऑफ 73.6114227, SC में 51.9116027, ST में 37.2348772 तथा PwD कट ऑफ 0.0013527 परसेंटाइल रहा।

भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (आईआईटी) गुवाहाटी ने संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा (JEE Advanced-2023) के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है। जेईई मेन-2023 परीक्षा में क्‍व‍ालीफाई हुए उम्मीदवार आधिकारिक वेबसाइट jeeadv.ac.in पर विजिट कर अपना रजिस्‍ट्रेशन दर्ज करा सकते हैं।

परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन आवेदन करने की लास्‍ट डेट 07 मई है और एग्‍जाम फीस का भुगतान करने की लास्‍ट डेट 08 मई है.

सफल आवेदन के बाद उम्‍मीदवारों के एडमिट कार्ड जारी किए जाएंगे। IIT गुवाहाटी जेईई एडवांस परीक्षा के एडमिट कार्ड 29 मई को जारी करेगा। परीक्षा 04 जून को को आयोजित की जाएगी. उम्‍मीदवारों को वैध एडमिट कार्ड के साथ ही एग्‍जाम सेंटर में एंट्री दी जाएगी।

स्‍टेप 1: आधिकारिक वेबसाइट jeeadv.ac.in पर जाएं| 

स्‍टेप 2: होम पेज पर, आईआईटी जेईई एडवांस रजिस्‍ट्रेशन का लिंक ओपन करें।

स्‍टेप 3: अब अपनी जानकारी दर्ज कर लॉगिन करें।

स्‍टेप 4: अपना फॉर्म भरें और डॉक्‍यूमेंट्स अपलोड कर दें।

स्‍टेप 5: फीस जमा करें और फाइनल सब्मिट कर दें।

JEE Advanced आवेदन शुल्क आरक्षित कैटेगरी के उम्‍मीदवारों और महिलाओं के लिए 1,450/- रुपये है. अनारक्षित कैटेगरी के पुरुष उम्‍मीदवारों के लिए आवेदन शुल्‍क 2,900/- रुपये है। यह आवेदन फीस केवल भारतीय उम्‍मीदवारों के लिए लागू है अन्‍य सभी जानकारियां उम्‍मीदवार ऑफिशियल वेबसाइट पर देख सकते हैं।
